Mrs. Helen Sizalobuhle Dube, Chief Empowerment Officer and founder of the institute, is a highly qualified, ambitious, self-driven and highly liberated person with vast experience in the automobile industry. She has worked in various management and leadership roles in the after sales business at various OEM’S.

Initially Helen worked as a Product Service Engineer for Ford and Mazda – Southern Africa. Later, she championed the customer resolution department where she displayed robust leadership and management strengths

She then joined the Mercedes Benz head office where she excelled and was promoted to a senior role of managing compliance and risk management. Her leadership and passion for women led her to empower women in the male dominated industry resulting in successful women managers of credible capabilities.

Before exiting the corporate motor industry space Helen worked for Case New Holland Industrial, managing the after sales technical division and later heading the brand service and customer support portfolio for Southern Africa.

She has won numerous accolades including being a finalist in the Corporate Women’s category in the industry. Helen’s vision is to grow the Knowledge is Your K.E.Y Academy from simple basics that will develop into a world class academy encompassing Global Business Roundtable principles.

She is an assertive global leader with an astute mind for making a difference in the world through continuous improvement, strategy coaching, process implementation and highly reputable for excellent customer handling that is supported by customer testimonials.

Team Profiles

After Sales Technical Director

Wilson Warima is a technical lecturer whose experience in the training field spans over 21 years. He has held numerous positions including being Principal at various institutions. As a registered assessor with MERseta for Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs Level 5, Wilson is an experienced curriculum developer and examiner in the automotive discipline. Wilson also holds diploma in Ministry and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from UNISA.

Public Relations & Special Requests Manager

Kgonthe Kgomosto Shongwe spent several years with the South African Airways as a customer care agent managing flight reservations, clearing queries, scheduling and handling flight reports. Her work at SACCAWU as an administrator, means she has fantastic skills which bring a balance to the day to day Operations at KYK. Kgonthe holds a Public Relations Qualification with UNISA and an Advanced Travel Diploma Entrepreneurship and is currently completing her Life Coach Training with the School of Life.

Finance Director and General Operation Manager

Marie José Mukuwo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in economics and finance having specialised in Accounting. She is a strong asset to KiYK responsible for the Academy’s General Operations Management function. Her background in the Banking Sector and Legal firms in Africa have yielded sound, stable and sustainable in her additional role as the Academy’s Legal and financial advisor.

She has established, set up and managed several successful entrepreneurial ventures in the East of Pretoria specialising in women apparel and accessories. As a community, Counsellor Marie José provides an added advantage in leading KiYK student Affairs Portfolio.

Engineering Director. Head of Engineering, Information Technology, Innovation and FinTech.

Olivier Nkomba holds a Bachelors of Engineering Electro-Mechanical Engineer from UNILU, and an Honours in Mechanical Engineering from TUKS (University of Pretoria). His education extends up to a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with speciality in Asset Integrity Management at Centre of Asset Integrity Management of the University of Pretoria. He also has more than 5 years lecturing experience at the University of Pretoria.

Olivier was involved as a Cisco Engineer Consultant in the design and setup of a Cisco Network Infrastructure. He is registered as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA. A successful Cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Olivier’s passion and leadership strength compliments KiYK with innovation, focus, passion and, life changing solutions through the provision of sustainable investment solutions to staff, students & the general public. He further brings strong technological aptitude to the Academy through his in depth knowledge of Digital Technology and the future of Business..

Having worked as a Network Marketer Olivier has phenomenal Leadership Qualities and style. He is an NLP Life Coach passionate on Youth and community development.
